Dan smo za\u010deli \u017ee prvo \u0161olsko uro z delavnico o zdravi prehrani. Na delavnici smo se u\u010dili o tem, kako pomembna je uravnote\u017eena prehrana ter kako pravilno razporediti hrano na kro\u017eniku. Spoznali smo, koliko sadja, zelenjave, beljakovin in ogljikovih hidratov naj bi zau\u017eili, da ostanemo zdravi in polni energije.<\/p>\n<p>Delavnico sta vodili predavateljici Nika Jeromel in Breda Korde\u017e iz Centra za krepitev zdravja Zdravstvenega doma Dravograd. Na zanimiv in razumljiv na\u010din sta nam predstavili zdrav \u017eivljenjski slog ter poudarili pomen gibanja, pravilne prehrane in dobrega po\u010dutja.<\/p>\n<p>Imeli smo prav posebne aktivnosti, dru\u017eabne igre smo izvajali s tekom. Pri teh igrah je sodelovala cela \u0161ola, pridru\u017eile so se nam tudi u\u010diteljice in razredni\u010darke. Skupaj smo tekli kar 45 minut, vendar se je vsem zdelo, da je \u010das zelo hitro minil, saj smo se ob tem zelo zabavali.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"post-10803-_heading=h.c4p6m146i05u\"><\/a> Po \u0161portnem delu dneva nam je gospod Miran Kajzer prijazno priskrbel pija\u010do in sendvi\u010de, da smo si lahko povrnili energijo.
